Welcome to Heartfelt Shelties! We are a small sized kennel located near Akron, Ohio. My daughter Doreen and I have been interested in and learning all we can about Shelties for many years. We started out with our first Sheltie, Charley who was a rescue and we've been hooked ever since. We only own Shetland Sheepdogs, they are the only furkids for us!
Our Shelties are part of our family; along with myself, children, and grandson, the Shelties and puppies live in the house with us. They are pampered and spoiled from day one! Our puppies are raised as part of our family; we wouldn't have it any other way!
Along with our emphasis on the breed standard, we realize that temperament is just as important in a Sheltie. Each puppy is raised with love and quality care, which results in a well adjusted, loving addition to the family, or possibly a conformation, agility, and/or obedience family member.
