We made it home in 2 hours with no problems. Barbara Jean and Andy slept the whole way home. I did give them a part of a pill which did the trick. I hate giving it to them, but it does make for a better trip for all of us.
Thank you for a wonderful day! We loved seeing you, Doreen, Bo, Emily, Alex and Gabriel. Your kids are great! It was so much fun actually talking to the people and seeing their shelties that I have only known through your website. One of the first things Bill said when we got in the car to come home was how proud you and Doreen must be to see all those beautiful Heartfelt Shelties.
Putting the picnic together was a lot of work, but EVERYONE truly appreciated it! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

~"Good morning Donna, Good morning Doreen, we just want to thank you again for yesterday, we had a wonderful time. We met so many wonderful people, everyone was so kind and actually got along better than most "family reunions" The dogs were so beautiful and well behaved, it is still hard for us to believe there were so many there with no yapping ( so much for those people who think shelties are yappy), no jumping (except through hoops and by the way it was adorable watching the moms and dads helping them), and no fighting( and people think purebred dogs are uppittty). I was so happy to see Blitz, it was disappointing to know I wouldn't get to see Bonnie but it was ok since we got to see our baby's daddy. Blitz and Keenan sure did look the part of the regal show dogs, quietly lounging in their area just waiting on us all to oooh and aaah over them. I so hope that the puppies get his personality and looks, except I love Bonnie's hair. Do you think we could special order one with just the right combinations? Oh wait, I guess that's what you do when you choose the right mates isn't it! Well I just cannot wait to get her, I don't even care what color she is. Danny was even won over to the meryl coloring yesterday, he has always said he did not care for that color but now YEA! he likes it. Of all the dogs there Sammy and Keenan were two of his favorites. There is no way I could pick a favorite! You have such a nice family and I didn't even hear them complain once about all the hard work. Doreen, you son is just the cutest, all that cuteness and energy wrapped up into one adorable little boy. It was a great ending to a perfect day when he went up to Lee and asked if he could help put her equipment away, and he really did. I loved how he went from people to people saying hello and just grinning. What a kid!! I need to leave for church, have a wonderful day. I'm counting down until we can come back up. Sandy and Danny"

Thanks so much for inviting us to the picnic. All of us had a wonderful time. It was so nice to meet the extended family. A lot of awesome people. All the Shelties are so beautiful and well behaved. I was so happy to meet Bill and Marie - what a lovely couple! Loved seeing Barbara Jean again. She is growing up to be a beautiful Sheltie, but than again all of Heartfelts dogs are beautiful!

Well, here are the long awaited photo's. We couldn't believe how much they looked alike. June looks so laid back and so easy going. Thanks for arranging such a wonderful event. We really enjoyed it. I wish we would have been able to get there earlier to have met more of the people and see their pets. 1:30 was a little later than we had expected to get there. I have to tell you again, that all my dog loving friends thought this was the coolest thing they ever heard of...in addition to a testament to the dedication to your pets you bring to families to raise. Not just a business for you, obviously. Take care.

I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed your picnic this past weekend. It was so wonderful to see you both! We also really enjoyed meeting everyone there. It was so much fun to finally meet the people whose faces we saw on your website and read about. I felt like we already knew so many people before we even met! I know I can speak for Norby when I say that she had a great time too! She seemed to really be buds with Summer. It was hilarious to watch them play! A fun- filled afternoon was had by all and Norby slept all the way home.
Thank you again for inviting us. We wouldn't have missed it for the world! It was the highlight of our summer!!!

Donna, the picnic was just wonderful!!! We had so much fun seeing all your furkids. We also enjoyed seeing the human members of your family. lol Hanna enjoyed Alex and Emily so much.
